Good product I guess. Looks nice with the lemonade in it - we sell more lemonade. The spigot is cheap cheap cheap and broke after about a month. I found a replacement spigot (Carlisle Black Spigot |2212-03 ) at [...] - I would recommend this for light use but if you intend to use it commercially, order a couple of extra spigots to keep handy.

I bought 2 beverage dispensers for my daughters wedding reception. Lemonade in 1, Sweet Tea in the other, everybody commented on how pretty they looked before the meal was served...then, disaster strikes, when guests started using them, the spigot on the tea dispenser started leaking a steady stream. I hauled the fully loaded dispenser to the kitchen, dumped it and tightened the gasket, which solved the problem. Filled it back up, returned it to the table, after the 2nd glass of tea was poured, the handle broke!!! Then...the lemonade dispenser spigot quite working about 10 minutes after that, we had to take the lids off, and use ugly ladles that were on hand. Very dissappointed in the product. Tried to contact them using the website, the page to contact them was not working. Everything just locks up. Still trying to get my $$ back or spigot replacements

In the picture they look clear. But they are like a cheap flimsly milk-white not clear plastic..kind of pliable. We had gotten the same "design" from Sams Club and though they look identical they are very different material. We have been trying to reach the company for days to return. They don't return calls and they are not available during the hours they say they are open. Do not order from this company.

We are using to put in flavored waters, ice tea and just plain water. It looks so nice and we put some garnish in the base which really looks good too.

I saw this item at bed bath and beyond for double the price. So ordering it from Amazon was a risk. We took the dispenser with us on vacation. I am the Sangria Lady. The container was sturdy enough to hold apples, oranges and grapes with all the sangria. The bottom has a spot for ice. The spiket was great for pouring and if you wanted fruit just lift the top and scoop. Everyone enjoyed my new purchase. It will be used many more times in the future.
